About me
To me, painting embodies the essence of freedom. In our lives, we are often bound rules, regulations, and social norms. But when I paint, I can paint anything. Here, I wield the brush of possibility, where every stroke can be beautiful, unattractive, kitschy, provocative, or entirely distinct, all based on my whim. I don't fight with myself for consistency, it's my greatest luxury.
My creative spirit is restless, and I continually evolve my painting style, color palettes, techniques, and subject matter. I don't believe in sketches, and I have never felt the artist's block. Ideas flow through me in an unceasing torrent, echoing Picasso's profound insight: "Inspiration exists, but it must find you working."
I revel in the art of creative "pirouettes." After a series of romantic portraits, I might embark on a crimson rhinoceros journey; or interpose fluorescent flowers between Saint Catherine and Saint Teresa, only to transition to the whimsical world of the Powerpuff Girls.
Drawing from a myriad of artistic inspirations, my creations are neatly categorized into distinct series, each gently brushing against various themes, dilemmas, and concepts. These themes are often religious, ecological, and political, boldly conveyed through vivid colors and evocative imagery, at times reminiscent of comics, pop art, and manga styles.
